Under a long-term technical support agreement, FGC provided continuous maintenance and support services for broadcasting stations connected through the MENOS satellite network.

The initiative covered all connected sites equipped with satellite terminals, ensuring stable operation, technical responsiveness, and ongoing system reliability over a three-year period.

The project reflects FGC’s long-standing commitment to operational continuity and trusted long-term partnerships in critical broadcast infrastructure environments.

FGC has played an ongoing role in supporting the MENOS and DVB-T broadcast networks operated by SBA, ensuring continuity across mission-critical radio and television infrastructure.

The project covered the operation, maintenance, and technical support of MENOS-affiliated stations and terminal systems, as well as the rapid resolution of faults to minimize interruptions to broadcasting services.

In parallel, our team managed the central infrastructure supporting these services, maintaining operational reliability across the wider network ecosystem.

FGC delivered three advanced broadcasting platforms for the Riyadh TV Center as part of SBA’s broader efforts to modernize broadcasting operations and strengthen transmission capabilities.

The project involved procurement, installation, integration, testing, and handover of the platforms, alongside comprehensive training and operational support services to ensure long-term system performance and efficient utilization.

Our approach focused not only on implementation but also on enabling the operational teams to confidently manage and maximize the new infrastructure.
